摘要 与核电厂维修和运行以及核安全密切相关的有效维修可以最大限度地减少由于系统,结构和部件(SSC)故障导致的瞬态事件的数量。为了评价和/或监控维修和操作的有效性,维修规则(MR)使用概率安全评价(PSA)技术来确保每个系统都具有良好的性能。经过同行评估的PSA模型是进行(a)(4)[1]评价的适当工具。一般而言,风险评价工作人员应评价前一天或前两天计划维修活动(例如预防性维修)的风险,并确保潜在风险可接受并得到控制。如果某些紧急事件可能改变先前(或计划)执行的评价的条件,如果属于MR范围内的事件,PSA工作人员应重新评价由于条件变化而导致的风险。根据评价结果,可能需要暂停或重新安排计划的维修活动。 Effective maintenance which is closely related to Nuclear power plant maintenance and operations as well as nuclear safety can minimize the numbers of transient events due to failure of SSCs(systems,structures,and components).In order to assess and/or monitor the effectiveness of maintenance and operations,the MR uses Probabilistic Safety Assessment(PSA)technology to ensure that each system has good performance.A PSA model through Peer reviewed is an appropriate tool to conduct the(a)(4)[1]assessment.In general,risk assessment(PSA)staff shall evaluate the risk of regular maintenance activity(e.g.,preventive maintenance)in previous day or two days before,and make sure that the potential risk is acceptable and under control.If some emergent events could change the conditions of a previous(or planned)performed assessment,PSA staff shall reevaluate the risk due to the changed conditions as long as the event within the MR scope.Based on the results of the assessment,planned maintenance activities may need to be suspended or rescheduled.
