信息化背景下高职院校教师教学能力提升的途径与方法

Ways and Methods to Improve Teachers' Teaching Ability in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Informatization

伴随着信息技术在教育行业的广泛应用,教师的教学能力是实现教育信息化转段升级的关键要素。本文在分析了信息化背景下教育发生的变革的基础上,通过问卷及访谈得出当前高职院校信息化教学现状,进而针对分析出的问题,提出了高职院校教师提升教学能力的途径与方法,以期为相关研究、院校和教师提供参考。

With the wide application of information technology in education industry,teachers'teaching ability is the key factor to realize the transformation and upgrading of education informatization.This paper analyses the changes in education under the background of informationization,get the present situation of information-based teaching in higher vocational colleges through questionnaires and interviews,Then,aiming at the problems analyzed,the ways and methods of improving teaching ability are put forward.To provide reference for relevant research,colleges and teachers.
