摘要
网络运维管理系统采用了KFP方法(KPIs关键指标-Flows测试流-Packets数据包),逐步深入定位故障,查找原因,最终解决问题.系统捕获网络数据包,解析各层通信协议,统计和计算得到性能指标;通过DPI和DFI技术映射到测试流,从而确定各种应用和服务的特征指标.系统采用分布式架构,每台探针将监测结果上报到管理控制中心,提供给维护人员整个网络的综合态势.系统还提供了应用监控、态势感知、故障定位和预防、容量规划、服务水平管理等核心功能,极大提升了网络维护水平.
The Network Operation and Maintenance Management System uses the KFP method(KPIs-Flows-Packets),to help locating the faults and finding out the cause and finally solving the problems.Its structure is distribution mode,each probe reports the network performance monitoring results to the management control center.It provides the comprehensive situation of the whole network to the maintenance person.It also provides the application monitoring,the situation awareness,the fault location and prevention,the capacity planning,the service level management and other functions.It can greatly improve the network maintenance level.
