摘要
为适应雷达高功率、小型化的要求,设计一种模拟T/R和变频部分为一体的T/R组件.对结构合理设计,缩减每个通道的宽度,保证后续波束的合成精度,实现小体积下的通道间距.为T/R的多通道、小型化、一体化提供一种设计参考.
To meet the high-power,small-scale radar requirements,design a simulation of T/R and frequency conversion part as one of the T/R components.The structure is reasonably designed,the wideth of each channel is reduced,and the synthesis accuracy of subsequent beam is ensured,Channel spacing under small volume.To provide a design reference for multi-channel,miniaturization and integration of T/R.
