云计算被认为是继个人计算机和互联网之后电子信息技术领域的下一次重大革命.本文基于云计算理论,整合分布计算、网格计算与虚拟化理论,从系统架构层介绍浦东新区社区卫生服务中心信息系统.浦东新区社区卫生服务中心信息系统是以浦东新区社区卫生服务中心信息状态为基础,依托社区卫生信息专网,整合社区资源.突破了原有架构模式,解决社区信息化的各种压力,包括:资源分配不均的压力,数据共享的压力,系统扩展性的压力,系统应对变化的压力,维护的压力等.改变以往以应用为核心的资源配置模式,转向以资源为核心的资源分配模式,保证业务对资源需求的完整性.结合当前的热点技术,突破传统模式,为社区卫生服务中心信息化改造提供新的思路.

Cloud computing is considered to be the next major revolution in the field of electronic information technology after personal computers and the Internet.Based on the cloud computing theory,this article integrates distributed computing,grid computing and virtualization theory,and introduces the information system of the community health service center in Pudong New Area from the system architecture level.Information system of Pudong New Area's regional health service,information status of Pudong New Area's regional health service,basic information,integration of regional resources,and Pudong health information service.It breaks through the original architecture model and solves various pressures of community informationization,including the pressure of uneven distribution of resources,the pressure of data sharing,the pressure of system scalability,the pressure of the system to respond to changes,and the pressure of maintenance.Change the previous resource allocation mode with applications as the core and shift to the resource allocation mode with resources as the core to ensure the integrity of business requirements for resources.This article combines the current hot technology,breaks through the traditional model,and provides new ideas for the informatization transformation of community health service centers.
