摘要
现浇混凝土结构模板工程是建筑施工的重要组成部分。据统计,在现浇混凝土结构施工中,模板工程约占混凝土总造价的30%,约占总人工的40%。约占建设期的50%。模板工艺和安装质量直接影响到混凝土结构和构件的感知、几何尺寸精度等质量指标。因此,模板工程的工艺水平直接关系到提高工程质量,降低工程造价,加快工程进度。目前,建筑工程中的剪力墙模板一般采用木胶合板、大钢模板、铝模板等支撑体系。
