十堰市地下综合管廊PPP项目运营实践经验

Operation Experience of PPP Project of Shiyan Underground Comprehensive Pipe Gallery

我国管廊建设起步较晚,直到2015年国家层面推行首批管廊试点建设以来,才开始大规模启动。十堰市地下综合管廊PPP项目作为全国首批10个管廊试点PPP项目之一,也是唯一的山地管廊城市,在运营管理方面做了大量的有效探索实践,以此项目为例,对十堰管廊项目基本情况、运营推进及管理经验进行分析,并提出了启示与建议,望可为后续工程提供借鉴。

The construction of pipe gallery in China started late,and it was not started on a large scale until the first batch of pilot construction of pipe gallery was carried out at the national level in 2015.As one of the first 10 pilot PPP projects of pipe gallery in China,Shiyan underground comprehensive pipe gallery PPP project is also the only mountain pipe gallery city.It has done a lot of effective exploration and practice in operation and management.Taking this project as an example,it analyzes the basic situation,operation promotion and management experience of Shiyan pipe gallery project,and puts forward enlightenment and suggestions,hoping to provide reference for subsequent projects.
