环氧树脂灌浆与碳纤维布加固复合法在输水隧洞裂缝修补中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,环氧树脂灌浆材料逐渐开始用于水工混凝土漏水裂缝的处理。碳纤维布强度高,密度小,厚度薄,与配套浸渍胶共同使用形成碳纤维复合材料,能构成性能优良的碳纤维布片材增强体系,在混凝土结构补强和加固工程中的应用已较为普遍。详尽地介绍环氧树脂灌浆加表面粘贴碳纤维布施工工艺在输水隧洞纵向裂缝修补中的应用。 In recent years,epoxy resin grouting materials have gradually begun to be used in the treatment of hydraulic concrete leakage cracks.Carbon fiber cloth has high strength,low density and thin thickness.It can be used together with supporting impregnating rubber to form carbon fiber composite material,which can form a carbon fiber cloth sheet reinforced system with excellent performance.It has been widely used in concrete structure reinforcement and reinforcement engineering.In this paper,the application of epoxy resin grouting and surface-bonded carbon fiber cloth construction technology in longitudinal crack repair of water conveyance tunnel will be introduced in detail.
