在施工过程中,周围环境、运行条件、施工技术等都在不断变化。针对密集型建筑工程建设采取分批次施工是一种较好的方法,其考虑了人,设备和环境3个因素。对人员、材料、机械设施、施工技术等有不同的要求。分批次施工能有效把其中错综复杂的问题统一,并形成一个行之有效的解决方法,在满足工期的前提下提高工程建设效率。从安全生产科学管理、进度控制、经济效益3个方面对密集型建筑采用分批次施工所带来的作用进行阐述。

In the construction process,the surrounding environment,operation conditions,construction technology,etc.are constantly changing.It is a better method to adopt the construction in batches for the construction of intensive construction projects,which considers three factors of people,equipment and environment.There are different requirements for personnel,materials,mechanical facilities,construction technology,etc.Batch construction can effectively unify the complicated problems and form an effective solution to improve the construction efficiency on the premise of meeting the construction period.From three aspects of scientific management of safety production,progress control and economic benefits,this paper expounds the effect of batch construction on dense buildings.
