现浇混凝土建筑填充墙的高层建筑算法勘误

摘要 现浇填充墙和主体结构的“柔性连接”,被施工方称为“结构拉缝”。实际的连接发生情况是混凝土部分或者完全断开,而钢筋完全联通的。部分从业人员认为,由于混凝土被PVC拉缝构件隔开(或者半隔开),就是做到了柔性连接。这里要分析清楚,是否真如所期望的发生“柔性连接”作用。结构体的整体计算特性,由于主要材料和连接方式的不一样,还会发生计算参数和实际情况不一致。填充墙增大了建筑物的刚度,造成震动频率增大,而周期减少。 The flexible connection between the cast-in-situ filling wall and the main structure is called"structural joints"by the constructors.The actual connection occurs when the concrete is partially or completely disconnected and the reinforcement is fully connected.Some practitioners believe that flexible connections are achieved because concrete is separated(or semi-separated)by PVC joints.Here we need to analyse whether the"flexible connection"effect is really as expected.Because of the difference of main materials and connection modes,the calculation parameters and actual conditions of the structure are not consistent.Filled walls increase the stiffness of buildings,resulting in an increase in vibration frequency and a decrease in cycle.
