制约企业可持续发展的关键因素之一就是事故。自2016年至今,各行各业积极构建安全风险分级管控与隐患排查治理双重预防机制、标本兼治防范遏制重特大事故。燃气企业属于安全生产高危企业,它作为民生项目,需求越来越大,伴随的安全风险也是越来越大。做好燃气企业的双重预防机制工作,对减少燃气的安全事故,确保人民生命财产安全具有重大意义。因此,如何增强安全防范治理能力,构建燃气企业安全生产双重预防机制,成为了企业亟需解决和梳理的重要课题。

Accidents are one of the key factors that restrict the sustainable development of enterprises.Since 2016,all walks of life have actively constructed a dual prevention mechanism of graded safety risk control and hidden danger investigation and management,and prevented and curbed serious and extraordinary accidents by treating both symptoms and symptoms.Gas enterprises belong to high-risk enterprises of safe production.As a livelihood project,the demand of gas enterprises is increasing,and the security risks are also increasing.Doing a good job in the dual prevention mechanism of gas enterprises is of great significance for reducing the safety accidents of gas and ensuring the safety of people’s lives and property.Therefore,how to strengthen the ability of safety prevention and management,and build a dual prevention mechanism for safety production of gas enterprises,has become an important issue that enterprises need to solve and sort out urgently.
