微生物教学实验室规范化管理的探索与实践

Practice on Standardized management ofMicrobiology Teaching Laboratory

实验室的规范化管理对降低实验室安全隐患、促进实验室的安全高效运行具有重要意义。结合当前微生物实验教学实验室的特点及存在的安全隐患,提出对微生物实验室内的实验人员、低值易耗品、仪器设备、试剂和菌种等进行规范化管理的具体措施及依托网络数据库与智能门禁系统加强微生物教学实验室开放共享规范化管理的方法,为高校微生物实验室的规范化管理提供参考。

The standardized management of the laboratory is of great significance to the lab safety,and it can improve the efficiency of laboratory operation.Based on the analysis of the main problems existing in the present management of microbiology teaching laboratory,the specific implementation measures taken for standardized management of laboratory users,low-value consumables,instruments and equipment,reagents and strains in microbiology teaching laboratory are elaborated,and the standardized management of the opening of microbiology teaching laboratory relying on a network-based database and its associated hardware access system is also presented.These would provide some valuable experiences for the standardized management of microbiology laboratory in other universities.
