丁醛二乙缩醛在PVB中间膜中的应用研究

Study on the Application of 1,1-diethoxybutane in PVB Film

说明丁醛二乙缩醛作为PVB中间膜添加剂的使用背景。简单介绍塑料香精及防伪标记物的选择。阐述丁醛二乙缩醛的基本物性数据,合成机理及具体方法,为了验证合成后PVB树脂配方可行性,对其数据进行分析对比。利用HS-GC/MS对PVB中间膜中丁醛二乙缩醛的定性及定量分析研究。根据上述研究给出丁醛二乙缩醛的合理添加量及香精、防伪标记物此类添加剂的选择条件。

1,1-diethoxybutane which used as additive was explained that its application background.The selection of plastic essence and anti-counterfeiting markers is briefly introduced.Then the basic physical property data,synthesis mechanism and specific methods of 1,1-diethoxybutane were described.In order to verify the feasibility of PVB resin formula after synthesis,we analyze and compare the data of them.The qualitative and quantitative with HS-GC/MS theoretical analysis studies of 1,1-diethoxybutane in PVB film were mainly introduced.According to the above research,the reasonable addition amount of 1,1-diethoxybutane and the selection conditions of additives such as flavor and anti-counterfeiting markers are given.
