摘要
以间乙酰氨基苯胺、3-氨基-4-甲氧基乙酰苯胺为原料,氯乙酸甲酯和氯乙酸乙酯为烷基化试剂,研究了催化剂种类、缚酸剂种类、反应时间和加料方式对反应的影响,并对合成的四个N,N-二乙酸酯基芳香胺系列染料中间体进行了结构表征。结果表明:NaBr和Na 2 CO 3分别是催化该类反应合适的催化剂和缚酸剂。当芳香胺:氯乙酸酯:碳酸钠为1:4:1.1(mol),在回流反应2h后加入10%的催化剂溴化钠和0.5%抗氧化剂(m),再进行分水回流反应2h,得纯度99%(HPLC)、收率98%以上的N,N-二乙酸酯基芳香胺系列染料中间体。经紫外光谱、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和质谱分析,所合成的四个N,N-二乙酸酯基芳香胺系列染料中间体为目标产物。
Using m-acetamidoaniline and 3-amino-4-methoxyacetanilide as raw materials,and methyl chloroacetate and ethyl chloroacetate as alkylating agents,the effects of the reaction were studied for the types of catalysts and acid-binding agents,reaction time and feeding method,at the same time,the structural characterization of the fourN,N-diacetate-group aromatic amine series dyestuff intermediates were carried out,the results show that NaBr and Na 2 CO 3 were suitable catalysts and acid binding agents for catalyzing the reaction respectively.When aromatic amine:chloroacetate:sodium carbonate was 1:4:1.1(mol ratio),adding 10%catalyst sodium bromide and 0.5%antioxidant(m ratio)after refluxing for 2 hours and carrying out water-separation reaction 2 hours,the purity of 99%(HPLC)and 98%yield for N,N-diacetate-group aromatic amine series dyestuff intermediates were obtained.Meanwhile,the four N,N-diacetate-group aromatic amine series dyestuff intermediates synthesized were proved being the target products by means of ultraviolet,infrared,H 1 NMR and mass spectrometry.
