大检修罐区管线处置方法

溶剂脱沥青装置罐区配套改造项目范围广,涉及20万罐区、143罐区、144罐区、131罐区、LPG罐区、系统管廊区域,碰头管线多、地点分散、工程量大。正值三期馏分油项目投产以来第一次大规模检修,我部通过全面梳理,合理安排项目施工顺序,充分利用停工大检修的间隙,完成相关管线吹扫碰头。此外,还有256条压力管道共计506道焊口需要完成检测,我部已提前通过DR技术完成456道焊口的检测,其余49条管道需在大检修期间进行检测。然而,从装置区到罐区每根管线长度都有3-4km,且部分管线涉及的部门较多,吹扫难度极大。我部为确保将物料管线吹扫置换合格达到动火条件,按大检修生产准备大纲要求认真编制各项方案规程。现已通过各部门的积极配合,我部顺利完成预期计划管线的吹扫、置换、检定、返修、碰头、复位等工作。本文主要阐述管线的吹扫、置换、复位方法以及在此过程中出现的问题和应该注意的事项。

solvent asphalt removal plant tank area supporting renovation project scope,involving 200,000 tank area,143 tank area,144 tank area,131 tank area,LPG tank area,system pipe gallery area,meet the pipeline,scattered location,large amount of work.It is the first large-scale overhaul since the third phase of the distillate oil project was put into operation.Our department arranges the construction sequence of the project reasonably,makes full use of the clearance of the shutdown overhaul,and completes the relevant pipeline purge meeting.In addition,a total of 256 pressure pipes need to complete the inspection of 506 welding joints,our Ministry has completed the inspection of 456 welding joints through Dr technology in advance,the remaining 49 Pipes need to be tested during overhaul.However,the length of each pipeline from the installation area to the tank area is 3-4 km,and some pipelines involve more departments,which is very difficult to sweep.In order to ensure that the material line purging and replacing qualified to meet the fire conditions,according to the requirements of the major overhaul production preparation program.Now through the active cooperation of various departments,our department successfully completed the expected plan of pipeline purge,replacement,verification,repair,meet,reset and other work.This paper mainly expounds the blowing,replacement and reset methods of the pipeline,as well as the problems in the process and the matters that should be paid attention to.
