电厂风粉在线监测装置的应用分析

摘要 在实际运行过程中,一次风进入炉膛的速度和所含煤粉的浓度以及各个煤粉燃烧器的风粉均匀性对炉内燃烧工况的稳定和锅炉的燃烧效率会直接影响锅炉的燃烧安全性能和经济性能。该文简单介绍了风粉在线监测装置在电厂中应用的初步方案及风速和煤粉浓度的测量原理,并通过预算费用和经济效益分析,指出风粉在线监测装置可以降低发电成本,同时可以进一步提高机组安全性,提升锅炉运行自动化水平,并有助于提升电厂的竞争能力。
