摘要
采用粉末冶金法制备了TiC-10%Mo-20%Ni金属陶瓷,研究了烧结温度对组织性能的影响,烧结金属陶瓷为典型的芯-环结构,讨论了结构形成机理。随着烧结温度的提高,硬度、抗弯强度和断裂韧性均呈现先增加后减小的趋势。当烧结温度为1450℃时,可制备综合力学性能良好的金属陶瓷材料,硬度为1400 HV 30,抗弯强度为1167 MPa,断裂韧性为11.8 MPa·m 1/2。
TiC-10%Mo-20%Ni cermet was fabricated by powder metallurgy.The influence of sintering temperature on the microstructure and properties were studied.Sintered cermet is a typical core-ring structure and the mechanism of structures formation was also discussed.With the increase of sintering temperature,both the hardness and fracture toughness increase first and then decrease The cermet sintered at 1450℃exhibits maximum mechanical properties,with the hardness 1400 HV 30,the flexure strength 1167 MPa and the fracture toughness 11.8 MPa·m 1/2.
