太极拳对腰椎间盘突出影响的Meta分析

Meta Analysis of Effect of Taijiquan on Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

以“太极拳”“腰椎间盘突出”为关键词,检索知网、维普、万方数据库2000—2018发表的文献,通过筛选共纳入10篇文献,其中实验组腰椎间盘突出患者为417人,对照组404人,运用Review Manage5.3软件综合评价太极拳运动对腰椎间盘突出影响的Meta分析。结果表明:太极拳锻炼能明显降低腰椎间盘突出的疼痛程度,合并后的总效果量为SMD=-0.79,95%CI为[-0.94,-0.65],X 2=37,df=9,P<0.01;一致性系数I 2=76%,说明纳入Meta分析的各研究结果间具有异质性,能降低0.79倍的标准差,效果明显。太极拳锻炼可作为治疗腰椎间盘突出的一种手段,应加以推广。

The paper is to evaluate the effect of Taijiquan on the protrusion of the lumbar intervertebral disc and to provide effective measures for the protrusion of the lumbar disc Using"Taijiquan"and"lumbar disc protrusion"as key words,the literature published in CNKI,VIP and Wanfang database between 2000-2018 was searched.A total of 10 articles were included in the screening,including 417 patients with lumbar disc protrusion in the experimental group and 404 patients in the control group.Meta-analysis of the effect of Taijiquan exercise on the protrusion of the lumbar intervertebral disc was evaluated by using the Review Manage5.3 software.The results show that Taijiquan exercise can significantly reduce the degree of pain of the protrusion of the lumbar intervertebral disc.The total effective amount after the combination is SMD=-0.79,95%CI[-0.94,-0.65],X 2=37,df=9,P<0.01,and the consistency coefficient I 2=76%,which indicates that the study results included in the Meta-analysis are heterogeneous.The standard deviation of 0.79 times can be reduced,and the effect is obvious.It is concluded that Taijiquan exercise can significantly reduce the pain degree of patients with lumbar disc protrusion and can be used as an active treatment.
