Standardize the layout and process of fever clinics in Tibet

目的规范西藏地区发热门诊的布局及流程,合理高效利用医院现有发热门诊,使有限的医疗资源最大限度地发挥作用。方法以西藏自治区人民医院发热门诊的设置为模板,探讨如何最有效地利用医疗资源。结果发热门诊、结核门诊、肝炎门诊等集中设置在医院一相对独立的区域,在治疗NCP期间此区域全部归发热门诊使用,平稳时期可同时诊治其他感染性疾病的患者。结论在当前各级医疗机构医疗资源都很宝贵的情况下,规范西藏地区发热门诊的布局及流程对防治NCP起着至关重要的作用。

Objective:To standardize the layout and process of fever clinics in Tibet,rationally and efficiently utilize existing fever clinics in hospitals,and maximize the role of limited medical resources.Method The setting of fever clinics in the People's Hospital ofTibet Autonomous Region was used as a template to explore how to make the most effective use of medical resources.Results Fever clinic,tuberculosis clinic and hepatitis clinic are centrally set in a relatively independent area of the hospital.During the treatment of NCP,all fever clinics are used in this area.In a stable period,patients with other infectious diseases can be diagnosed and treated at the same time.Conclusions Under the current situation that medical resources of medical institutions at all levels are very valuable,standardizing the layout and process of fever clinics in Tibet plays a vital role in the prevention and treatment of NCP.
