Objective:To investigate the high risk factors of group B streptococcus infection during gestation period and its effect on the adverse outcomes of newborns. Methods:In total,120 gravidas were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2018.Gravidas with group B streptococcus infection were divided into infectious group(n=58),while gravidas without group B streptococcus infection were divided into noninfectious group(n=62).The high risk factors of group B streptococcus infection and its effect on the adverse outcomes of newborns were compared between the two groups.Results:(1)Logistic regression analysis showed that the包ctors infections of group B streptococcus related to pregnant age, vaginitis, abortion, and pre—pregnancy examination.(2)The incidence of adverse outcomes in infectious group was significantly higher than that in noninfectious group.Condusions:The adverse outcomes of newborns is related to group B streptococcus, screening for pregnancy should be advocated in order to reduce the adverse outcomes in newborns.
