提高锌冶炼直收率的方法探索

锌熔铸直收率是锌冶炼的重要生产标准。由于在具体的生产环节中技术方法以及真实条件的限制,有价锌金属无法被合理使用的现象十分普遍。本文对提高锌冶炼直收率的方法进行分析,主要包括严格把控熔铸工艺技术参数,加强二次浸出两部分,从以上两方面出发有效提高锌冶炼的直收率。

The direct yield of zinc casting is an important production standard of zinc smelting.Due to the limitation of technical methods and real conditions in the specific production process,it is very common that the valuable zinc metal can not be used reasonably.In this paper,the methods of improving the direct yield of zinc smelting are analyzed,including strictly controlling the technological parameters of melting and casting,strengthening the two parts of secondary leaching,and effectively improving the direct yield of zinc smelting from the above two aspects.
