冶金机械加工的质量影响因素及控制措施

伴随着我国经济水平的不断提升,我国各行各业也都焕发出崭新的面貌。冶金工业综合自动化控制水平较以前有了非常显著的提高,而要提升冶金工业的生产率就必须依赖于一定的机械设备。近年来,我国冶金工业产品的产量不断增加,这给冶金机械加工创造了新的机遇,但机遇与挑战从来都是一物两面,在接受机遇的同时,我们必须意识到冶金机械加工工作中存在的不足。本文首先分析了冶金机械加工质量的内涵,其次,本文探讨了影响机械加工质量的因素,在此基础上,提出了机械加工质量的控制措施,希望能给相关工作者有所启发。

With the continuous improvement of China's economic level,all walks of life in China are also shining a new face.The comprehensive automation control level of metallurgical industry has been greatly improved compared with that before,and to improve the productivity of metallurgical industry,we must rely on certain mechanical equipment.In recent years,the output of metallurgical industrial products in China is increasing,which creates new opportunities for metallurgical machining,but opportunities and challenges are always two sides.While accepting opportunities,we must be aware of the shortcomings in metallurgical machining.This paper first analyzes the connotation of metallurgical machining quality,and then discusses the factors that affect the machining quality.On this basis,it puts forward the control measures of machining quality,hoping to give some inspiration to relevant workers.
