摘要
本文主要通过金属材料技术监督的定义,引出金属材料技术监督的方法,如:金属机械性能检测、金属元素分析、金属无损检测,以及金相分析等,从中找出发电厂金属材料工作中常见的漏洞和问题,并深入探讨金属材料技术监督的实质性内容,进一步提出实际应用措施与方案,以期为发电厂工作人员提供可操作性参考,同时有效保障技术监督的效果。
Based on the definition of metal material technical supervision,this paper introduces the methods of metal material technical supervision,such as:metal mechanical performance testing,metal element analysis,metal nondestructive testing,and metallographic analysis,etc.,from which we can find out the common loopholes and problems in the work of metal materials in power plants,and deeply discuss the substantive content of metal material technical supervision,and further put forward The practical application measures and schemes are expected to provide operability reference for power plant staff and effectively guarantee the effect of technical supervision.
