摘要
针对某难选氧硫混合型铜矿的特点,利用铜矿物之间可浮性的差异,采用“先硫后氧,先浮选易选氧化铜矿,再浮选难选氧化铜矿”的异步浮选的流程,对含铜3.99%的原矿,在条件优化试验的基础上,开展闭路试验,可以获得浮选硫化铜精矿含铜50.66%,铜回收率25.17%,氧化铜精矿含铜19.68%,回收率54.05%,浮选综合铜精矿回收率达到79.23%。
Aiming at the characteristics of a refractory oxygen-sulfur mixed copper ore,using the difference in floatability between copper minerals.Adopt asynchronous flotation process,that is"sulphur first,then oxygen,flotation of refractory copper oxide first,and flotation of easy-selected copper oxide",for raw ore containing 3.99%copper,on the basis of condition optimization tests,a closed-circuit test can be carried out to obtain a copper sulfide concentrate with Cu grade 50.66%and recovery rate of 25.17%,and a copper oxide concentrate with Cu grade 19.68%the recovery rate of 54.05%.The recovery rate of flotation integrated copper concentrate reaches 79.23%.
