摘要
目的探讨多聚脱氧核糖核苷酸治疗前后面部毛孔粗大的改善情况,并进行定量分析.方法本研究于2019年共纳入14例志愿者,采用多聚脱氧核糖核苷酸PDRN治疗,使用VISIA—CR(Canfield Scientific Inc,Fairfield,NJ)皮肤检测仪采集数据,计算双侧面部毛孔数量值变化,比较求美者治疗前、治疗后差异有无统计学意义.结果VISIA数据分析显示治疗后毛孔计数低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05).结论通过VISIA皮肤检测仪可以有效地监测治疗前后毛孔的客观数量变化,提示多聚脱氧核糖核苷酸治疗有助于改善皮肤浅表的毛孔粗大情况.
Objective To explore the clinical effect of PolyDeoxyRiboNucleotide for improving enlarged facial pores with quantitative analysis.Methods Forteen patients with enlarged facial pores were treated with mesoroller and PolyDeoxyRiboNucleotide for 1 procedures.Data were collected by VISIA detector and calculating the change of the number of pores on both sides of the face.Comparing the differences of patients before and after treatment.Results VISIA analysis showed that the pores decreased after treatment than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion VISIA analysis can effectively evaluating the changes of the number of pores before and after treatment,which suggests that polydeoxyribonucleotides treatment could improve enlarged facial pores.
