射频联合重组人源胶原蛋白凝胶修复面部皮肤屏障功能的研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨射频联合重组人源胶原蛋白凝胶修复面部屏障功能的疗效性、安全性.方法对40例面部屏障功能受损的患者进行自身前后研究.面部给予射频联合重组人源胶原蛋白凝胶治疗;每周1次,共8次;对比患者治疗前、治疗后的皮肤主观症状、客观症状、VISIA评分,并进行数据统计.结果治疗前、治疗后皮肤主观症状、客观症状评分有差异(P<0.05);VISIA中毛孔、纹理、红区、斑点、皱纹治疗前、治疗后评分有差异(P<0.05);紫质、棕色斑、紫外线斑治疗前、治疗后评分无差异(P>0.05).结论射频联合重组人源胶原蛋白凝胶很好改善面部主客观症状,修复面部皮肤屏障功能,无严重不良反应. Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of the radiofrequency combined with recombinant human collagen-gel to repair facial barrier function.Methods To study Forty patients with impaired facial barrier function before and after treatment,which is by using the radiofrequency combined with recombinant human collagen-gel.Once a week for a total of eight times.Then,compare the subjective skin symptoms,objective symptoms,and VISIA scores of the patients before and after treatment and collect the data.Results There were differences in subjective and objective skin scores before and after treatment(P<0.05);pores,texture,red areas,spots,and wrinkles in VISIA also had differences in scores before and after treatment(P<0.05);but there was no difference in the scores of porphyrins,brown stain and ultraviolet erythema before and after treatment,(P>0.05).Conclusion The radiofrequency combined with recombinant human collagen-gel can primely improve the subjective and objective symptoms,and repair facial skin barrier function without any serious adverse reactions.
