阴道分娩所致Ⅲ、Ⅳ度阴道撕裂伤改良埋线法修复效果及护理评价

Repair effect and nursing evaluation of Ⅲ and Ⅳ degree vaginal lacerations caused by vaginal delivery

目的评价改良埋线法修复阴道分娩所致Ⅲ、Ⅳ度阴道撕裂伤愈合效果,探讨针对性护理对伤口愈合质量的促进作用.方法选取2018年5月至2019年10月在我院经阴道分娩导致阴道Ⅲ、Ⅳ度撕裂伤患者96例为观察对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组48例.对照组实施常规外科缝合及基础护理,观察组以美容修复技术为基础,实施改良埋线修复治疗,同时配合针对性护理支持.比较两组患者缝合后疼痛程度、阴道撕裂伤愈合质量及美容效果满意度.结果观察组缝合后0级至Ⅰ级疼痛程度患者所占比明显高于对照组,Ⅱ级至Ⅲ级疼痛程度患者所占比明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组阴道撕裂伤口甲级愈合率及美容效果满意率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论以美容修复技术为基础的改良埋线修复法缝合阴道分娩所致阴道Ⅲ、Ⅳ度撕裂伤,伤口愈合率及愈合质量较高,美容效果显著;实施针对性护理可有效减轻患者疼痛程度,促进伤口愈合,具有积极意义.

Objective To evaluate the healing effect of improved suture method in repairing vaginal lacerations of degreeⅢandⅣcaused by vaginal delivery,and to explore the effect of targeted nursing on the quality of wound healing.Methods Ninetysix patients with vaginalⅢandⅣlacerations caused by vaginal delivery in our hospital from May 2018 to October 2019 were selected as observation objects,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,48 cases in each group.The control group received conventional surgical sutures and basic care,and the observation group based on cosmetic repair techniques and implemented improved buried suture repair treatment,while supporting targeted nursing support.The degree of pain,the quality of healing of vaginal lacerations,and the satisfaction of cosmetic results were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The proportion of patients with pain level 0 toⅠin the observation group after suture was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the proportion of patients with pain levelⅡtoⅢwas significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The healing rate of grade A vaginal laceration wounds and the satisfaction rate of cosmetic results were significantly higher in the group than in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Improved cosmetology repair method based on cosmetology repair suture vaginalⅢandⅣdegree lacerations caused by vaginal delivery.The wound healing rate and quality are high,and the cosmetic effect is significant.The implementation of targeted care can effectively reduce the pain of patients Promote wound healing with positive significance.
