联合筋膜鞘矫正重度上睑下垂研究进展

Research progress of conjoint fascial sheath suspension in correction of severe upper eyelid blepharoptosis

上睑下垂是常见的眼睑运动障碍疾病,重度上睑下垂会严重影响患者身心健康.联合筋膜鞘已成为国内外眼整形领域的研究热点,其矫正重度上睑下垂的术后睁眼、闭眼及美容效果较为显著,但目前国内研究仍处于初级阶段.本文对近年来上睑下垂的病因及发病机制、联合筋膜鞘解剖基础及手术治疗进展等有关研究做一综述.

Upper eyelid blepharoptosis is a common disease of eyelid movement disorder.Severe of upper eyelid blepharoptosis can seriously affect the physical and mental health of patients seriously.The conjoint fascial sheath has become a research hotspot in the field of eye plastic surgery at home and abroad.It has significant effects on opening and closing eyes and cosmetic treatment of severe ptosis.The present domestic research is still in the preliminary stage.In this paper,it reviews the etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis,anatomical basis of conjoint fascial sheath and surgical treatment of ptosis in recent years.
