Analysis and application of atopic dermatitis influence scale

特应性皮炎(AD)是皮肤病中的常见病、高发病,其顽固的皮疹、瘙痒的主观感受和迁延不愈的病情给患者及其家庭带来沉重的影响.近年来,国际、国内皮肤科学者在重视其诊疗策略的同时也逐渐关注到了该病对患者及其家人生活质量的影响.我国目前暂无出台特应性皮炎生活质量影响的相关量表,关于评估该病对患者及其家人生活质量影响的相关报道不多,本文针对国际上现有的几个版本的AD生活质量评价量表进行分析,供学者参考.

Atopic dermatitis(AD)is a common and high incidence disease in skin diseases,it brings patients and their families heavy impactits by the stubborn rash,pruritus subjective feelings and prolonged illness.In recent years,international and domestic dermatologists have paid more attention to its diagnosis and treatment strategies while also paying more attention to its impact on the quality of life of patients and their families.At present,there is no relevant scale for the impact of atopic dermatitis on quality of life in China,and there are few relevant reports on the impact of atopic dermatitis on the quality of life of patients and their families.In this paper,several international versions of the quality of life assessment scale for AD are analyzed for reference.
