摘要
针对大棚秸秆生物反应堆人工开沟劳动强度大、工作效率低,传统机械开沟体积大、功耗大、深度控制智能化程度低等问题,设计一种液压调节式纵向旋转开沟机。开沟机与拖拉机后三点悬挂配套使用,万向节传动,结构简单紧凑;刀轴纵向循环渐进切土、抛土,功耗低;对开沟机进行结构分析,通过液压控制实现对不同农艺要求的开沟深度。通过静力学分析,开沟机满足设计要求,能够给农业生产带来便利,适应市场需求。
Based on the problem of the existing straw bio-reactor to ditch.Such as,high labor intensity and low efficiency for manual operation;hugeness,high power consumption and lowintelligent control of trenching depth for machinery operation.Designed a low-power ditch with depth-regulated hydraulic control system.It is compatibly applied with three-pointed mounted of tractor and driven by cardan.It has a simple and compact construction,It has low power for gradual soil-throwing and soil-cutting.It has a simple and compact construction.Through the analysis of the structure of ditch.Completed controlling different the depth of agronomic requirements by hydraulic control system.Through static analysis,the ditch meets the design requirements,and it brings great convenience for agriculture and suitable for the market demand.
