摘要 豫章师范学院特殊教育专业针对高等师范院校特殊教育专业人才培养存在的问题,通过确立培养目标、细化毕业要求、构建课程体系、提升培养条件、形成培养机制,提出了“4+X+1”复合应用型人才培养模式,以培养能够在普通教育学校、特殊教育学校及相关机构胜任融合教育和特殊教育的教育与康复实践、理论研究、管理工作的复合应用型人才。 In view of the problems of the talent training for special education major in Yuzhang Normal University,the special education major of this university has explored and practiced the“4+X+1”compound application-oriented talent training mode by establishing training objectives,refining graduation requirements,constructing curriculum system,improving training conditions and finally forming training mechanism.We put forward the“4+X+1”compound application-oriented talent training mode,in order to train the talents who are competent for the educational and rehabilitation practice,theoretical research and management of inclusive education and special education in general education schools,special education schools and related institutions.
