普通中小学教师对融合教育的态度及影响因素研究——基于深圳市罗湖区632名中小学教师的调查 被引量:9

摘要 普通教师的态度是融合教育政策实施的关键因素之一。针对深圳市罗湖区632名中小学教师的调查结果显示:教师对融合教育的总体态度较为积极,教师具有较强的接纳特殊学生的行为倾向,但对于融合教育作为一种权利的认知以及情感维度相对较低;教育培训中的特殊教育相关经历是影响教师对融合教育态度的关键因素,培训经历有助于提高教师对融合教育的熟悉度;学生障碍程度影响教师融合教育态度,教师对障碍程度较低的学生的态度更为积极。建议将融合教育相关内容纳入普通教师的继续教育培训计划,同时需要开展理解多重变量对教师融合教育态度的影响及机制的行动研究。 The attitude of regular school teachers is one of the key factors in the implementation of the integrated education policy.The results of the investigation on 632 primary and secondary school teachers in Luohu District,Shenzhen,show that:teachers have a more positive attitude towards integration education,teachers have a strong tendency to accept special students,but the cognition and emotional dimension of fusion education as a right is relatively low;The special education-related experience in education and training is the key factor influencing teachers’attitude towards integrated education,and the training experience helps to improve teachers’familiarity with integrated education;The degree of student barrier affects teachers’attitude towards integration education,and the lower the degree of barrier,the more positive the teacher’s attitude.It is suggested that the integrated education-related content should be included in the continuing education and training plan of regular school teachers,and the action study on understanding the influence and mechanism of multiple variables on teachers’integration education attitude should be carried out.
