摘要
精益生产系统是一个高效且复杂的生产系统,在进行精益管理时需要兼顾各方面因素才能达到预期效果。本文以M公司为背景,分析当前生产系统中存在的问题及原因,将DEMATEL方法应用到精益生产管理领域中,评价各因素之间的影响关系和影响强度,识别影响精益管理的八种重要因素,并进一步确定六种关键因素。该研究成果能更好的指导M公司开展精益管理工作,也为其他企业实施精益管理提供了新的途径。
Lean production system is an efficient and complicated production system.In carrying out lean management,it is necessary to consider all aspects to achieve the desired effect.This article takes M company as the background,analyzes the existing problems and reasons in the current production system,applies the DEMATEL method to the field of lean production management,evaluates the influence relationships and factors between the various factors,and identifies eight important factors and then determines six key factors that affect lean managements.The research results can guide the M company to carry out lean management efficiently,and also provide a new way for other companies to implement lean management.
