With the continuous improvement of China's industrialization level,how to achieve comprehensive building benefits is an inevitable requirement.Economic cost management of the entire process of building construction can effectively optimize resource allocation and control the quality of industrial buildings.This article first elaborates the definition and importance of construction economic cost management,and then points out the related problems of cost management in the current industrial building environment,and finally makes corresponding solutions.
