低温低浊隧道施工废水的加载混凝试验研究

摘要 隧道施工过程中将产生大量隧洞排水,其主要污染指标为悬浮物、石油类和COD等,倘若得不到妥善处理,任由其排放,势必会对周边水环境造成污染。本文以某铁路隧道施工过程中产生的废水为研究对象,采用介质加载混凝方法进行处理,研究结果表明,当PAC投加量50mg/L、PAM投加量3mg/L、微砂投加量150mg/L时,原水浊度为44NTU、SS为124mg/L的低温低浊型隧道施工污水处理后剩余浊度为2.65NTU、剩余SS为8mg/L,氨氮、COD、石油类等指标也有所下降,各项指标均能满足《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)一级标准、城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准(GB18918—2002)一级A标准、《地表水环境质量标准》(GB3838-2002)二类水标准等标准要求。 In the process of tunnel construction,there will be a large number of tunnel drainage,and the main pollution indicators are suspended solids,petroleum and COD.If they are not properly treated and allowed to discharge,it will inevitably cause pollution to the surrounding water environment.In this paper,the waste water produced in the construction of a railway tunnel is taken as the research object and treated by the method of medium loading coagulation.The results show that when PAC dosage is 50mg/L,PAM dosage is 3mg/L and micro sand dosage is 150mg/L,the turbidity of raw water is 44NTU and SS is 124mg/L,the residual turbidity is 2.65NTU,the residual SS is 8mg/L,ammonia nitrogen,COD Petroleum and other indicators also decreased,and all indicators can meet the requirements of class I standard of integrated wastewater discharge standard(GB8978-1996),class I a standard of pollutant discharge standard for urban sewage treatment plant(GB18918-2002),class II water standard of environmental quality standard for surface water(GB3838-2002).
