摘要
对用于太阳能供暖的球形堆积床相变蓄热器的放热过程进行了数值模拟,得到了放热过程中蓄热球内部的温度云图和液相率云图,以及不同直径蓄热球对相变材料的温度曲线、液相率曲线和出口水温曲线的影响,分析了蓄热器的传热效率和供热能力。结果表明,合适选择蓄热球直径对太阳能供暖系统有明显的影响,该研究为太阳能地板辐射采暖系统的优化设计可提供重要的指导作用。
Discharging process of a phase-change thermal storage device which uses spherical heat storage unit in the solar energy heating system is studied by numerical simulation method.The temperature field and liquid fraction in spherical capsule are obtained.Temperature curves,liquid fraction curves and outlet water temperature curves of PCMs in different diameter spherical capsules are achieved.Thermal performance of the phase-change thermal storage device is analysed.Results indicated that the diameter of the spherical capsules has a significant impact on the solar heating system,this offers important guidance to optimum design of solar energy-water source combined radiant floor heating system.
