摘要
高速道岔在高速铁路、客运专线上得到广泛应用,但是受到42号高速无砟道岔本身特点限制(其总长度157.200m,单件长度51.598m,需采用特种车辆运输)以及施工现场条件限制,导致道岔轨件无法到达现场,因此如何解决道岔的运输与铺设成为现场施工的难题。本文通过现场勘查、技术创新、优化方案,提出采用人工运输方法远距离运输将道岔轨件运抵施工现场、人工铺设的施工工艺,通过变形控制、精调控制等满足设计要求,解决道岔的运输与铺设等现场施工的难题。
High-speed turnouts are widely used in high-speed railways and passenger dedicated lines,but they are limited by the characteristics of 42#high-speed ballastless turnouts(the total length is 157.200m,the length of a single piece is 51.598m,and need to be transported by special vehicles)and the conditions of the construction site,resulting in the turnout rail can not reach the scene,so how to solve the problem of transportation and laying of turnouts becomes a difficulty of on-site construction.In this paper,through site investigation,technical innovation and optimization schemes,the construction technology of using manual transportation method to transport turnout rails to the construction site and manual laying is proposed.and the design requirements are met through deformation control and fine adjustment control,and the difficulties of on-site construction are solved,such as the laying and transportation of turnouts.
