挂篮全封闭兜底防护在跨公路连续梁施工中的技术研究

Technical Research on the Construction of Continuous Beam across Highway with Full Closed Bottom Protection of Hanging Basket

本文根据阳安二线蒲溪月河特大桥跨十天高速连续梁施工实例,对跨越公路、铁路及其他构筑物的连续梁施工过程中如何对挂篮进行防护,避免对下方构筑物造成影响进行了探讨。以对挂篮兜底防护及交通导改为主线,对连续梁合拢这一施工组织进行论述,并对施工工艺流程以及材料设备等进行了较为详尽的说明。通过本文说明,可以在类似施工时的挂篮防护提供一定的参考价值。

Based on the construction of Shiyan-Tianshui high-speed continuous beam of Puxi Yuehe Super Large Bridge on the second line of Yangpingguan-Ankang Railway,this paper discusses how to protect the hanging basket during the construction of the continuous beam across the highway,railway and other structures to avoid the impact on the structures below.This paper discusses the construction organization of continuous beam closure,and explains the construction process,materials and equipment in detail.It can provide some reference value for the protection of hanging basket in similar construction.
