摘要
本文研究讨论了新媒体时代出现的一些代表性招聘渠道社交网络招聘和电视媒体招聘等招聘方式的优缺点与传统招聘渠道相比较。目的是使一些传统企业,尤其是从事传统行业的企业,能够看到过去传统招聘渠道的不足以及新媒体环境下招聘渠道的优势,然后结合自身的招聘需求,选择最适合自身的招聘渠道。
This paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of some typical recruitment channels such as social network recruitment and TV media recruitment in the new media era compared with traditional recruitment channels.The purpose is to enable some traditional enterprises,especially those engaged in traditional industries,to see the shortcomings of traditional recruitment channels in the past and the advantages of recruitment channels in the new media environment,and then combine their own recruitment needs to choose the most suitable recruitment channel for themselves.
