摘要 介绍了转炉冷料结构的种类及特点,针对河钢宣钢铁水波动及废钢价格上涨带来的不利影响,以转炉物料平衡、热平衡为基础,以成本控制为目标,对转炉冷料结构进行了优化。通过以冷固球替代部分返矿,以澳矿PB块替代部分废钢,转炉终点碳及温度命中率均有显著提升,炉渣氧化性平均值略有降低,转炉喷溅率明显降低。 This paper introduces the types and characteristics of converter cold materials structure.In view of the adverse effects of molten iron fluctuation and scrap price rising in Xuansteel,based on the material balance and heat balance of converter,the cold material structure of converter is optimized with the cost control as the goal.By replacing part of return ore with cold solid ball,and part of scrap steel with Aussie ore PB,the carbon and temperature hit rate at the end of converter are significantly increased,the average value of slag oxidation is slightly reduced,and the converter splash rate is significantly reduced.
