暖气片头钢冲压性能提升

摘要 针对河钢唐钢暖气片头钢冲压开裂问题,利用金相显微镜、氧氮分析仪及拉伸试验机进行了原因分析。结果表明,C、N含量控制不合理及罩退时间短,导致组织粒度不均,且晶界处析出渗碳体,从而降低了钢的屈服强度和成形性能。通过严格控制暖气片头钢的C、N含量,优化退火工艺,产品组织更加均匀,冲压成形性能和塑性得以改善,冲压开裂率降为零,保障了客户的稳定使用。 In view of the stamping cracking of heating head steel in Tangsteel,the causes were analyzed by metallographic microscope,oxygen nitrogen analyzer and tensile testing machine.The results show that the unreasonable control of C and N content and the short cover annealing time lead to the uneven grain size and the cementite precipitation at the grain boundary,which reduces the yield strength and formability of the steel.By strictly controlling the C and N content of the heating head steel and optimizing the annealing process,the product structure is more uniform,the stamping formability and plasticity are improved,and the stamping cracking rate will be zero,which ensures the stable use of customers.
