摘要
采用光谱仪、金相显微镜及SEM,对风电螺栓用钢42CrMoA拉拔断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明,该钢在中频感应炉内去应力退火时,局部产生过烧现象,从而导致了脆性断裂。经计算,其过烧温度在1415~1492℃之间某一温度以上。通过严控加热制度,细化装钢操作,定期维护校准,42CrMoA钢再未出现断裂问题,各项性能检测合格。
The causes of drawing fracture of 42CrMoA steel for wind power bolt were analyzed by means of spectrograph,metallographic microscope and SEM.The results show that when the steel is annealed in the medium frequency induction furnace,the local overburning occurs,which leads to brittle fracture.After calculation,the overburning temperature is above a certain temperature between 1415~1492℃.Through the strict control of heating system,detailed steel loading operation,regular maintenance and calibration,there is no fracture for 42CrMoA steel,and the all performance tests are qualified.
