瞳孔测量在临床麻醉中的应用进展 被引量:5

摘要 瞳孔直径和瞳孔位移都受到中脑核的调控,临床医师能够通过观察瞳孔的大小和反应评估中脑功能[1],但在全身麻醉期间,瞳孔反应非常细微难以定量。尽管许多学者认为瞳孔测量可以揭示人体对对阿片类药物和有害刺激的反应,但并没有在临床麻醉和危重症医学中广泛应用[2]。而新技术的出现如便携式红外瞳孔仪提供了客观测量瞳孔大小和瞳孔反射的方法[3]。
