摘要
大体积混凝土产生裂缝是质量通病,其重要原因之一是温度控制达不到科学、智能、及时、系统及精准。随着传感技术、无线通信技术、计算机技术等在工程建设领域的不断应用及建设“智慧工地”需要,在大体积混凝土施工过程中建立智能温度控制系统对防止混凝土开裂具有重要意义。对此,结合山西晋中寇村整村改造项目3号地一期工程筏板混凝土施工实例,阐述房建筏板大体积混凝土施工的温度监测技术,可为今后类似工程提供经验。
Cracks in mass concrete are common quality defects.One of the important reasons is that temperature control cannot be scientific,intelligent,timely,systematic and precise.With the application of sensor technology,wireless communication technology and computer technology increasingly applied in the field of engineering construction,as well as the construction needs of"smart site",it is of great significance to establish intelligent temperature control methods and systems in the process of mass construction to prevent concrete cracking.Combined with the engineering example of raft concrete construction in the first phase of the third land reconstruction project in Koucun village,Jinzhong,Shanxi province,this paper expounds the temperature monitoring technology of large volume concrete construction of raft in house building,in hope to provide some experience for similar engineering construction.
