This paper analyzes the differences,design purposes and preparation difficulties between the mix design of special asphalt concrete for Fawu highway project in Sudan and that of the same grade asphalt concrete in the American Standard.This paper expounds how to solve the difficulties in the preparation process,and describes the preparation process of the mixture ratio.
