空间用锂离子电池自放电测试方法 被引量:2

摘要 锂离子电池化成后,需储存一段时间进行自放电筛选测试,通过检测电压、容量、内阻等变化,筛除有缺陷的电池,以提高电池成组后的一致性和可靠性。通过对自放电储存期间温度进行优化设置,在不影响缺陷检测效率基础上将电池自放电时间由一个月缩短至半个月,有效缩短空间电池研制周期,提高电池生产效率,降低生产成本。 Lithium ion batteries after formation are usually stored for some time to test their self-discharge performance.By checking the change of voltage,resistance and capacity after self-discharge,the defective batteries are screened out,and the consistency and reliability of batteries can be improved.By optimizing storage temperature,under the condition that the rate of defect was not influenced,the self-discharge time was shortened from one month to half month.By this measure,the battery development cycle was shortened,the production efficiency was improved and the production cost was reduced.
