摘要 随着超级电容器的广泛应用,对其充电控制方法的研究日益深入,取得了较多的研究成果,但是高效充电控制方法仍受到多方面的制约。通过理论推导得出超级电容器充电过程中的充入能量效率最大化的条件,提出了一种健康状态(state of health,SOH)计算方法,对超级电容器的电容和平衡电阻进行实时计算。在此基础上,提出了一种适用于超级电容器的高效充电算法,以最大限度地提高超级电容器在充电过程中的充入能量效率,并通过仿真对比证明了高效充电算法的有效性。 With the wide application of supercapacitors,the research on their charging methods is getting deeper and deeper,and more research results have been obtained.However,the efficient charging technology is still restricted by many aspects.In this paper,the condition of maximizing the charging energy efficiency of supercapacitors during charging was derived theoretically,and a method for calculating state-of-health(SOH) was proposed to calculate the capacitance and balance resistance of supercapacitors in real time.On this basis,an efficient charging algorithm for supercapacitors was proposed to maximize the charge energy efficiency of supercapacitors during the charging process,and the effectiveness of the efficient charging algorithm was proved by simulation comparison.
