不同培养料配方和覆盖方式探索大球盖菇轻简化栽培初报

Explore simple cultivation method of Stropharia rugoso-annulata by different cultivation of materials and cover means

为合理利用农作物秸秆,探索大球盖菇简化栽培方式,以稻草、茭白叶、油菜秆和麦秆为大球盖菇培养料,设置覆土、覆盖菌渣和无覆盖3种方式,在单栋大棚内进行栽培试验.结果表明:大球盖菇在4种秸秆上均能正常生长,在麦秆上菌丝长势最好,产量最高,其次是稻草,在茭白叶和油菜秆上生长最差,产量也最低;3种覆盖方式下,以覆土处理产量最高;无覆盖的情况下,利用麦秆栽培大球盖菇,也可获得较高产量,并且单菇重与覆土处理无显著差异,且菇脚干净无泥土.本研究可为大球盖菇轻简化生产提供科学依据.

In order to make rational use of crop straw,we explored the simplified cultivation method of Stropharia rugoso-annulata.In this study,rice straw,water bamboo leaves,rape straw and wheat straw were used as cultivation material,and 3 mulching treatments:covering soil,covering Agaricus bisporus residue and no covering were carried out in a single greenhouse.The results showed that Stropharia rugoso-annulata could grow normally on 4 kinds of straw.The hyphae grew best and the yield was highest on the wheat straw,followed by straw,and the growth was worst and the yield was lowest on the water bamboo and rape stalks.The highest yield was obtained from mulching soil;Under the condition of no mulch,the cultivation of Stropharia rugoso-annulata with wheat straw could also obtain higher yield,and the weight of single mushroom had no signifficant difference from the soil treatment,and the mushroom foot was clean without soil.This study can provide scientific basis for the production of Stropharia rugoso-annulata.
