电力电容器常见故障分析及预防措施 被引量:21

摘要 电力电容器作为电力系统中重要的无功补偿设备,其安全可靠运行有利于增强电力系统稳定性、提高电能质量和降低电网功率损耗。但受设备制造质量、补偿回路设计、系统谐波、运行环境等因素的影响,电力电容器故障时有发生。为保证设备及电网安全运行,本文首先对电力电容器常见故障的机理进行分析,明确故障特征及其原因。最后针对电力电容器常见故障从设备及安装调试质量、操作和运行方式、控制运行环境温度、运行状态在线监测、日常巡视等5个方面提出了相应的事故预防措施。 As an important reactive power compensation device in power system,the safe and reliable operation of power capacitor is beneficial to enhance stability of power system,improve power quality and reduce power loss of power grid.However,the fault of capacitor is sometimes happened due to such factors as manufacturing quality,design of compensation circuit,system harmonics and operating environment,power capacitor failures.In order to ensure the safe operation of equipment and power grid,the mechanism of common fault of capacitor is analyzed firstly in this paper,the feature and reason of such fault are defined.Finally,corresponding preventative measure for such faults is proposed from such five aspects as installation and adjustment quality,operation mode,control of operation ambient temperature,on-line monitoring of operation status and daily patrol.
