摘要 本文针对一起66 kV串联电抗器起火事故进行了调查分析,通过事故现场检查、故障录波情况、油色谱试验、电气试验以及设备返厂解体情况,结合保护动作情况及设备结构,对事故发生过程及原因进行了分析并得出结论。干式空心串联电抗器故障起火后对地放电,持续的短路故障点最终造成了并联电容器组故障。指出了本次事故暴露的问题,并提出针对性预防措施,避免类似事故的再次发生。故障分析结果和预防措施对变电站无功补偿设备的运维管理有普遍借鉴意义。 A 66 kV series reactor fire accident is investigated and analyzed in this paper.The accident process and causes are analyzed and finally concluded by the way of the accident site inspection,fault recording,oil chromatography,electrical test and testing at the manufacturer combined with the protection action situation and equipment structure.The fault of shunt capacitor bank is due to the fault of series dry-type air-core reactors discharged to ground after firing and continuous short circuit fault point.The problems exposed in this accident are pointed out and the targeted preventive measures are proposed so to avoid the recurrence of similar accidents.The fault analysis results and prevention measures have universal reference significance for the operation and maintenance management of reactive power compensation equipment in the substation.
